Ben Lee, P.E.

Ben has been in the construction industry since 1995, having worked for both an Engineering Design Firm and Marine Contractor before joining Staab Construction in 2004. Ben assumed the role of President and CEO in January 2019. Prior to that, Ben lead the Division 2 (Earthwork) team and has been involved with the most challenging excavations and jobsite conditions.

Ben can also manage all project activities including, but not limited: preliminary plan, budget, value engineering, scheduling and coordination of construction activities, all legal issues, job costing, pay applications, commissioning, and closeout
