The Work includes construction of a sanitary lift station (cast-in-place, two-level structure, wet well, and pigging vault) with submersible pumps, piping and valves, sewer and force main connections to existing utilities, substantial sheeted earth retention system, dewatering, HVAC and electrical, sewer and manholes, and site improvements. The existing STH 165 lift station will be demolished and abandoned.
